The huge, rich-red blooms are made up of a single row of outer guard petals that surrounds an explosion of smaller and heavily ruffled central petals that keep unfolding as the flower opens. Red Charm was the American Peony Society National Exhibitors GRAND CHAMPION in 1951 and again in 1965!
